Background
My business background before entering the real estate business was very diverse. Previous experience included various positions in accounting and technology team management. I believe this provides a solid base to enhance my abilities in successfully meeting a customer’s real estate needs. I hold a B.S. degree from Auburn University and an M.B.A. from the University of West Florida.
Focus
Since entering the real estate business in 2002, I have focused my efforts on meeting homebuyer needs. Nothing in real estate is more satisfying to me than to find that special home that fills the dreams of the customer. The results of my customer evaluations back this up.
I can help people get through the relocation process by providing market and other local information for Santa Rosa or Escambia county. Having a relationship with several local lenders is helpful to relocations or to local purchasers. These relationships ensure that I can put the first time homebuyer in touch with the many programs that provide assistance in money for closing costs, down payment, or lower interest rates.
I currently serve on the Pensacola Association of Realtors committee that provides direction to the Multiple Listing Service system. Keeping abreast of technology helps me give the best service possible to all of my clients, but especially the home seller. They will have their home marketed through printed advertising and various websites.
